hello pinkguava! i just noticed your comment below. =) i don't usually check my homepage. i just go directly to new blogs. =) Thanks for dropping by! Yup, i love Perth. It's beautiful and laidback. But then, I haven't been to the other capital cities such as Melbourne and Sydney. Would love to visit one day. =)

yes it is! you know the easiest way to do it is to design the elements in photoshop, upload it in photobucket or something. then you copy one of the css codes in customized themes nga site, then just replace the urls with your own. then all you have to do is modify the elements like colors and fonts, etc.
